Expanding your Window of possibility

Transforming individual and organizational health from surviving to thriving.

At Ventana, we believe healthier people build healthier organizations- and healthier organizations help people do their best work without sacrificing their health.

Too often, growth outpaces what people and organizations can sustainably hold. Clients come to Ventana when they realize their current ways of working- whether personal habits, health, life structures, leadership practices, or organizational processes- can no longer support the level of growth, responsibility, or change they're navigating.

Sustainable Growth

Transformation happens when we stop forcing and begin expanding the window of what we can sustainably hold.

SAFETY • RESILIENCE • ALIGNMENT • CAPACITY • GROWTH • TRANSFORMATION • POSSIBILITY •

For the person experiencing trauma, burnout, or chronic illness...

"I'm wired but tired. I have more physical pain than I used to. I'm worried I am on the way to needing a medical leave of absence from work."

For the founder, entrepreneur, non-profit leader, or manager...

"We are developing a new product but the team is overextended. I'm just trying to grow the organization from good to great, but it feels unstable."

Noelle spent years leading organizational transformation while navigating caregiving, burnout, trauma, and chronic illness. What once felt like two separate worlds ultimately revealed the same truth: sustainable growth doesn't come from pushing harder- it comes from creating the conditions, systems, and structures where people and organizations can truly thrive.

Ventana brings those worlds together through a capacity-centered approach grounded in strategy, lived experience, and compassion.

Your whole self is welcome here.

Transformation & Impact

Stories of clarity, growth, and the expansion of what's possible.

“She sees you for who you are and challenges you to grow with care and compassion. Her thoughtfulness around invisible disabilities and neurodivergence makes her an exceptional coach and partner.”

“Her guidance helped me gain clarity, take action, and navigate personal growth with confidence. Working with her was truly life-changing.

What sets her apart is her ability to truly listen without judgment, ask powerful questions, and hold you accountable in a way that feels both motivating and compassionate.”

"Given her own experiences in navigating her career as someone with a disability, she truly helped me feel seen and as if I had someone in my corner within the workplace. She will leave you feeling empowered, but also as if you have a friend as well as a coach in your corner!"

Honoring Capacity
The Ventana Capacity Scan
Strategic Alignment
Implementation

First, we answer the question, "What is one thing you are currently unable to do that you would like to?"

We believe that sustainable growth is most profound when it occurs at a sustainable pace, honoring your current capacity.

The Capacity Scan is a guided assessment that creates a clear picture of the current state, surfaces key patterns, and identifies what is supporting or constraining capacity.

We co-create a personalized Journey Map which translates those insights into a prioritized roadmap for sustainable growth and alignment.

We serve as implementation partners, helping translate the insights and recommendations from the Capacity Scan into action through systems design, process improvement, and hands-on support that brings the roadmap to life.
